Members of the Lithuanian Tripartite Council participated in a training

On 30 November – 1 December on the initiative of the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists and the Lithuanian Industry Trade Union Federation, the members of the Lithuanian Tripartite Council met in Trakai to participate in a specially organised seminar-training session.

The possibilities and limitations of collective agreements when amending the norms of the Labour Code or creating sector-specific features were presented to the participants by Vida Petrylaitė, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, expert in labour and social security law.

Later, a lecture on communication in negotiations and practical training on this topic was given by Aurimas Navys, a public information specialist, former special operations forces officer, defence and security expert.
