On 19-20 August a regional workshop and and a round table were organized in Plateliai. More than 50 participants from different organizations which are affiliated to the Lithuanian Industry Trade Union Federation gathered together to go deeper into the principals of collective agreements and social dialogue.
The seminar was organized on the basis of analysis of the collective agreements that was made by experts Vida Petrylaitė and Marius Kalanta.
EU minimum wage directive and its implementation possibilities in Lithuania was also discucced during the round table discussion on 20 August.
The discussion was moderated by team work expert Juozas Adomaitis.
