A regional workshop on collective bargaining was held in Kaunas

On October 16, 2020, in Kaunas, at the conference center „Europa Royale“, a regional workshop of the international project “Improvement of Social Dialogue in Industry Sector in Lithuania” was held.  The moderator of the workshop was the labor law expert, Doc. dr. Vida Petrylaitė.

The aim of the workshop was to review the experts conclusions of the Lithuanian Industry Trade Union Federation‘s collective agreements analysis and to discuss the problems of collective bargaining in Kaunas region.

The participants of the workshop also discussed the issue in groups. Later on each group had to share the insights with the other participants of the workshop.
