On January 26 a remote scientific seminar of the project „Posting Of Workers: Enhancing Administrative Cooperation and Access to Information“ carried out by researchers of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University was held.
The problems and irregularities in the transposition of Directive 2018/957 / EU in the Member States, interinstitutional cooperation were discussed in the webinar. The situation in Lithuania, Portugal, Italy, Spain and Romania was also presented.
Professor Vida Petrylaitė presented the problems of posted workers in Lithuania. The event was moderated by Professor Daiva Petrylaitė.
The project „Posting Of Workers: Enhancing Administrative Cooperation and Access to Information StepUP Protection“ is run by the University of Parma (Italy), the University of Granada (Spain), the National School of Political Science and Public Administration (Romania), the Portuguese Catholic University and Vilnius University.
The project partners of the Vilnius University in Lithuania are the State Labor Inspectorate and the Lithuanian Industry Trade Union Federation.
