Lithuanian trade unions express their concern regarding Social Rights Pillar before the upcoming Gothenburg Social Summit of 17 November.
“We are sending a message of solidarity with trade unions over the Europe in a form of the picture which was made near the European House in Vilnius. We hope that a declaration to be signed during the Summit in Gothenburg will make a good and solid basis for the welfare model, fair distribution of income, jobs and growth.”, – says Mr. Juozas Neverauskas, President of Lithuanian Industry Trade Unions’ Federation.
