On August 20-21, 2016, at wellness center ‚Energetikas‘ in Šventoji resort, near the Baltic sea, the 13-th annual Employees‘ Mastership Contest was held. It was organized by Lithuanian industrial trade union federation.
More than 140 employees from 9 companies came to the Contest. Tests of different specialties, i.e. 31 various questionnaires from 15 questions, were given to the participants.
Most of top places, 39 prizes, has won ‚Vilniaus energija‘, Ltd., team, second place went to Joint-stock company ‚Panevėžio energija‘ (30 medals), III-rd went to Joint-stock company ‚Klaipėdos Energija‘ (28 prizes).
Also teams took part in the quiz ‘Brain Battle’. First prize went to participants from Joint-stock company ‚Achema‘ and ‚Lietuvos energijos gamyba‘, second place was awarded to – ‚Vilniaus energija‘, Ltd. team, III prize went to Joint-stock company ‚Panevėžio energija‘.
On Sunday morning, participants fought a Little League game. The winners of this game became employees from the Joint-stock company ‚Litgrid‘, second place went to ‚Panevėžio energija‘ team and the third – to ‚Lietuvos energijos gamyba‘.
On September 12-16, a trip to Poland is organized by Federation to all prizewinners of the Mastership Contest. The aim of this trip is to get aquaited to the culture of Poland and herewith to visit ‚Veolia‘ company in Poznan and energy enterprises in Gdansk region.
