Continued Cooperation with Danish Trade Union 3F

On April 7, the Lithuanian Industry Trade Union Federation held an online meeting with long-standing partners from the Danish trade union 3F, Lolland region.

During the meeting, participants discussed current issues related to employee representation and trade unions, the state of collective bargaining, and employment challenges in both Lithuania and Denmark. Special attention was given to the impact of migration on the labor market, particularly in the construction and other sectors.

The discussion also covered future cooperation opportunities, including a planned visit of 3F representatives to Lithuania this autumn, potential joint project activities, and other initiatives.

The next online meeting with 3F colleagues is scheduled for May 20.
